Backup QB always the most popular player on Tigers team. Harris used to have that honor, then he started. Eitling you're up.

JA might have been last years backup but he was never the most popular player. We already knew what he couldn't do

We don't know what anyone can do. QB's at LSU play with 1 hand tied behind their back.

Good, let him go to Cusa where he belongs. Although Nick could win a title with him...

Lead us through the majority of what is one of the best seasons in LSU football history.

My point was it doesn't matter what he can or can't do we as fans always think the best QB is on the sideline. Many cried for BH when Jennings was stinking it up and vice versa when BH was this year. I assume the trend will continue with Etling as soon as BH screws up this year.

The fans have zero confidence in Miles' ability to manage the QB. For some odd reason.

I think Winston's point wasn't about this thread, per se, but that last year at this time, many folks on this board were crying that poor Brandon Harris was never going to get a shot to play because Les had picked "his" starter, and it was Jennings.

Fast forward a year and Jennings was benched for the entire year, but now folks don't believe in Harris' ability to improve from his sophomore to junior year. Much like they didn't see Jennings improving at any point.

The point is, Jennings is probably right to transfer because he wasn't going to start again...and Brandon Harris is better than he was. I still hope that Harris can improve as our starter, but this year people are already complaining that no one can unseat Harris as the starter (I guess because the coaching staff, of course, doesn't want to play the best possible QB who gives LSU the best possible chance to win.)

everyone now realizes minus winston and you maybe and kyle that the qb development is non existent bc the passing game has been an afterthought at best.

it does not matter who the fuck we have back there. we thought it was the 10 ocs. now its the 20 qbs whove come through the revolving door. the problem is systemic.

and systemic is latin for great white hat.
