I can't say that he doesn't have a point. The president has too much power to get us in a war. Once we are involved it's hard to pull out. After sixty days of fighting then he has to go to congress. A lot can happen in sixty days. Unless Americans are in danger or one of our allies are attacked and there is no time at all to waste, congress must give approval.

for what it's worth, I am against us intervening in Libya, however, I am very glad, we didn't have the last guy running the show on this one.

If he had, it would have been over 2 weeks ago and Qadaffi would be worm food.

if bush was president, quadaffi would be far less likely to kill his own citizens. bush is geniunely not to be trifled with. thats why is he is badass, and a spectacular manager of foreign policy.

bush would happily ruin his own political career to do the right thing. yunno which other politicians would do that? none.

lasalle, specifically how would bush be worse at this? cant you see that bush loves to get his hands dirty and kill brown poeple? dont you see how Q would be less likely to start **** with bush in power? bush will hang your ass from a rope, bush does not **** around.

Yeah and we would be in Libya 10 years from now. With billions of dollars wasted, and thousands of American soldiers dead.

Martin, because Bush wouldn't have gotten a coalition unless it's some made up countries with no militaries, we would have sent in ground forces, and in 10 years like I said above, we would still be there, with no end in sight, and thousands of American soldiers dead. But, just follow the politics of the right, before the election it was all about the economy, now all the idiots on the right want to talk about are abortions, and gays, and family values and how muslims are bad, but christians rule. Oh how they love the fetus so it can grow up to be a dead soldier. George Carlin didn't know how right he was.

Thanks for reminding me daily how important it is for me as a father to teach my son while he is young that I am a republican. That to teach him to be a patriot and respect triditional American values. The value of hard work and self relience. To teach him to be a conservative like his father and grandfather. I must do this before he goes off to college and the professors try to make him a liberal.

spoken like a true republican. trying to force ideals down someone's throat instead of teaching them to think for themselves.
