you cant tell a person not to campaign, dude. our whole nation was founded on the idea that we can spread information freely. restricting campaigning to 3 weeks is insanity. and cant you see what would happen? candidates would just hire guys to campaign on their behalf. and those guys would be even worse, because they were not held to any standard and the candidate could pretend he wasnt affiliated. and this would be the only way to win, to illegally campaign before you should, and everyone would do it and the government would waste tax dollars trying to enforce nonsense and it would be corruption and nonsenes and terribleness all around. stop trying to control every damn thing with regulations IT DOESNT WORK
