More realistic than the other options. We don't need JJ getting 200+ yards passing to win games. We just need more suitable game plans and everyone doing their part. Less penalties, turnovers, drops will automatically fix some of the production. Leads to better field position for our defense and keeping the defense off the field for extended periods. Our defense and special teams will keep us in every ball game if we hold the same pattern. We have seen these things but everything else is just hopes and dreams.

Man, I like your passion, but you and I don't see eye to eye on this topic. We don't have a guy who can run the offense and get first downs....how many games with low offensive output do we need to prove that. JJ can't do it and neither can JL. The running QB thing seems to be working pretty damn good for Michigan right now, I wouldn't call it gimmick. I don't see that as admitting defeat in the least. Also, I think RS can throw better than you are giving him credit. Crowton wants to run the option, RS looks like he might be a better fit for the offense Crowtons is trying to force JJ to run.

Im not sure what makes anybody a fanboy in your eyes, but whatever. There is nothing that is going to happen mid-season with a 4-0 start beating 4 bcs teams, 2 in the top 25. I like your plan, but I dont like it until seasons end
