subsidy of things messes up the market. i have explained a thousand times how the subsidy of foods ruins the food system. and you love to explain why oil subsidy hurts the energy markets. when you start offering housing at prices that do not reflect market rates, it hurts everyone except the lucky pricks that are getting by on everyone else's dime. for example, manahattan is a place where land is incredibly scarce, housing is very expensive. and there are two things the government doesm both terrible, they force rent control on landlords, which is simply unfair, and restricts new home construction, which leads to housing shortages which means price increases for market-rate renters/buyers. then as the years pass, landlords are desperate to evict rent controlled tenants and rent to market rate fellas, so they intimidate the old tenants. and they are paying high property taxes and not making profits off the rent controlled units, so they raise rent on the market units. so everyone else is paying exorbitant rates for these morons. also when the government buys increidibly expensive properrty in manhattan and builds low income housing, it sucks for everyone, the same scarcity problems are exacerbated, plus the taxpayers have to pay however many millions and millions for the property and buildings. and it doesnt actually increase the amount of housing, it reduces it by screwing with the real market value. why should poor people be living in manhattan? why not beverly hills? why not monte carlo or the french riviera? there is no value to society by putting poor people (often lowlife criminals) in posh neighborhoods. why cant they pay market rates like the rest of us? chinamen come here by the boatload and stuff themselves 10 to a studio in chinatown and make something for themselves withot government housing, so why do we need to build projects to import negroes (and make no mistake, that is who lives there, not white folks, not immigrants) into places they cant afford? again, remember how new york was a crime ridden ****hole in the 70's? it was because of rent controls. particularly in the bronx where entire neighborhoods were destroyed because landlors no longer made profits so they just abandoned their buildings, which went to ****, became crackhouses where no one could really live. and this is in new york which is chronically short on housing. why cant black folks just live in bed-stuy where they can afford an apartment? and if you say "well, who will provide the cheap labor in manhattan?", i say they can ride the train. and if they demand higher salaraies for commuting, then i will simply pay more for my bigmac instead of paying taxes to help poor morons live in chelsea or the west village. the government shouldnt be giving people everything. they shouldnt be paying insane amounts to help them live in the most expensive neighborhoods on the planet. because that money comes from somewhere, both in taxes, and in higher rates for martin, who doesnt even live in manhattan. every dime spent on public housing would be better spent on public transportation, which works, and is convenient and good for the economy and even green (which i dont care about).
There are 3 kinds, Pricks, Pussys, and A-holes. Pricks are the super-rich A-holes are the insanely stupid Pussys are the Democrats Pussys are warm and nice, they want to make you happy. Pricks screw pussys, but really only care about themselves A-holes can't think for themselves, they hate pussys, because the pricks tell them to A-holes exude sh*t, and nothing else. Pussys are sick of the a-holes, and are tired of getting screwed by the pricks. What the insanely stupid don't realize is, pricks screw a-holes too. They're pricks,.....they screw everybody I guess there's a fourth kind...... Ann Coulter is a c*nt.
