Does the Harvard transfer, Andrew Hatch, count against the 85 scholarsihp limit?

I'm fairly certain he's a walk on. Believe I read that somewhere.

He's a walk-on, so no. But he could conceivably get a scholarship next year and then he would.

Look's like his number will be called if anything happens to Flynn. Anyone know what kind of player he is?

I've heard he's a Flynn type. Can throw the ball, somewhat mobile.

The only game he got PT in was the Middle Tennessee State one I believe. And in that game he was put in like RP would normally be in the sense that all he did was run QB draws, so he has mobility. I've seen him throw the ball once ...so I don't know how to judge him as a passer.

yeah he's more of a running type. i hear he has good accuracy but not power in his throws, let's just hope we have don't have to worry about it.

oh, and to answer the original question hatch is a walk on. i probably have some details wrong but he hurt his acl before he went on his mormon mission so supposedly he's not as mobile as he once was. that said, he'll likely earn a scholarship especially if miles somehow releases rp.

Supposed to be pretty smart (Harvard after all) and purportedly learned the playbook very quickly.

I thought he was good for a walk-on. He has some potential, but needs to put on some weight I believe.
