Because LSU does not routinely score 21 points in the first quarter, and hang 50 on every opponent, because our defense has a habit of relaxing and giving up a cheap 7 once the game is in the bag, tainting the final score (doesn't 45-3 look a lot better than 45-10), because our head coach has had a few instances of brain freeze in close games, and sometimes butchers the King's English, we don't fit the stereotype of a surefire championship team in the eyes of some talking heads. Who cares? We know what we've got in Baton Rouge, and eventually, those talking heads will have to publicly wipe the egg off their faces. Keep the disrespect coming, guys. It only motivates the Tigers.
College Gameday. Maybe not exactly upset alert, but a heavy dose of, "AU will take LSU to the 4th quarter, and it will be a much closer game than most think."
Mateen Cleaves is the only one that picked Auburn to win, but he should stick to basketball. But yeah, the other guys thought that the absences would cause the game to be close. Dumbasses. Have they not watched us yet this year?
