Like I said before, thought to be a mid-round pick, Mett has moved up. Once again, it only takes one team to like a player and pull the trigger. Happens all the time. Cam has and will continue to get calls from NFL teams, getting a feel on Mett and the other players on the team. I remember last year, what people were saying about Eric Reid, the 9'ers fell in love with him, moved up knowing that other teams were having an interest in him. Lots of people are talking about the bad play of Loston, another to keep an eye on in the draft. Yep, even with his bad play, gonna get drafted. Freak's another, you never know. Uptight? Im not saying he isn't going to be drafted and my Jaret Lee comment was just a jab at his last 2 weeks of play. So, I am not sure what you are trying to sell me on. I would be more than happy if Mett gets his stuff together.
Not selling anything, just facts. I too hope only the best for all LSU players, during and after the LSU days. You look at time spent before the season, then 9 games in, been a tough season on all.
This was exactly my point after the game. I thought we could have scored 50 on them w/a wide open offense, and was very surprised at the tenor of the board the next day. Everyone seemed cool w/the game plan and provided reasons like the stadium was hot, and JLandry was hurt, etc as to why we suddenly changed our approach for the first time this season. We were very run heavy that game, and I think it hurt our rhythm in Ole Miss, too.
