Facebook has a "marketplace" to help sell things, well I have been browsing this to try and get an extra ticket for a friend, and I have seen literally hundreds of tickets for sale.

Clearly money is more important to people.

A lot of y'alls students are selling them. My sister is in K-D serority and she said a lot of students aren't going and are selling their tickets. She's not though. I told her (even though I'd rather her to be a Bama fan) she better not do that. That is piss poor fan support to do that just for the money.

Tickets will be available for face outside the stadium and plentiful.

Are you serious? I've been trying to get a ticket or two but was not going to pay what they were asking.

    I would imagine, yes...

I have found face value tickets outside of many many games. You just have to be patient.

    LSU@Bama 2005/2007
LSU@Auburn 2006/2008 (2008 was half of face, but this was when AU was still a top 10 team)
    LSU@Florida 2008

And a bunch of LSU home games.

I agree. But if that's the case, I'd rather them NOT go to the game. I'd much rather someone who WANTS to be at the game there.

Yeah, what are the prices they're trying to sell them for? I'm guessing mostly stupid prices. Most of those people will be at the game. They stay home if they can get their target profit or post them to see how much they could get. Don't get me wrong, there are those that will sell in a second for a nice profit and they will.

And no, tickets won't be plentiful for face outside the stadium. You might spot some, but they won't be plentiful. There's always some people that can't make a day game when they get pushed up for various reasons. But I count on reasonably priced tickets being few and far between. Usually if you find them for face, you have to wait until after the game starts or basically right until kickoff. But you never know. Sometimes you get lucky.

    Most are around $75

You get an occasional $150 per ticket, but that obviously won't sell.

I was curious so I searched "Iron Bowl" and there are 600 "ads." So that is at least 700 or so Alabama students selling their tickets already, and most of them want $300-$400 a piece.
