The Gators actually attempt to use their QB's to throw the ball to open the run. QB's under Miles go to learn how to hand the ball off with quality precision.

@bhelmLSU I don't guess there's anybody out there in the coaching hunt that would be interested in taking Leslie off of LSUs hands? Maybe Leslie doesn't feel welcome anymore and will jump ship on his own?

read that article about f-king. it explains their thinking. the academician pussy side of it as well as the political side dictated our athletic depts fate.

didn’t want the appearance of committing to “$50 million” for football while LSU is in dire financial straits.

They hung alleva out to dry and folded under the immense public scrutiny. This is why they will always be 2nd rate. They want to be like alabama but winning is not their most important priority.

As fans, its hard to adjust our thinking around that when so much is given to that athletic dept. Yet they continue to shit on the fans that fill that stadium. But the weak ass fans caved too so I suppose its only fitting in this instance.

Most certainly the plan had to have been we dont take no for an answer like mal moore did with saban There is no option B. We get our guy at all costs. Theres no way that wasnt the plan.

Then the boat sprung a leak and began taking on water rapidly. And since this is LSU where egos matter more than the betterment of the program, we were worried how this may look to the non-parties involved. The tail does indeed wag the dog and politics are always in play. Jindal loves Miles and has saved him on more than one occasion. His public support of Miles yesterday didnt help matters either.

But fisher and sexton were on board allegedly. We were about a handshake away from having this shit done allegedly. But like texas to saban, the more people involved and aware of said deal, the much more likely chance it collapses under its own weight.

And once again, the spineless, empty suits and their bleeding vaginas dictated the future of our football team, assuring its place as 2nd rate for quite a few years to come.

Mike Detillier: I believe Les Miles goes route of current Missouri O/C-TE's coach Josh Henson. Former coach/recruiting coord. at LSU https://t.co/8wX7YFtgIL

Unfortunate since the Football side kicks back millions to the education side, if I were TAF, those kick backs would stop immediately.

Those factors will mean that a great offensive coordinator isn’t coming. Even a talented young coordinator like Major Applewhite, a Baton Rouge native who has had a bit of an up-and-down career but is back on the upswing as Tom Herman’s offensive coordinator at Houston, probably turns it down. So Miles is likely to hire somebody he knows will run his offense. Josh Henson, who used to be his tight ends coach at Oklahoma State and at LSU from 2005-08, might be a possibility. Henson is the offensive coordinator at Missouri, and he’s now out of a job after his offense averaged just 280 yards a game this year. Two years ago they averaged 500 yards a game, though, and the style Missouri plays is not dissimilar to what LSU plays when the offense doesn’t implode.

It will be someone Miles can control and force to run his offense, so that sounds about right.

I have a question regarding the f**king article. Theres only one other scenario I can think of and thats if Joe Alleva turned down the deal after the BoS told him to get their man. Thats not likely is it.
