You people? Dude you really need to get that condescending crap out of here. No one is knocking Michigan. They have a great and storied program, even you can find the stats on that. Reality is that they are several years away from being competitive with top tier programs. Tradition doesn't win football games. I think I speak for most here, if Miles goes to Michigan,we will miss him but we won't be mad at him. He came to LSU and improved the program and brought us championships. I hope he wins the big ten every year. Maybe you're just bitter that CUM left you? IDK, but you are only diiging a deeper hole for yourself with your recent posts... :geauxtige
Also I hope and pray I'm wrong. I hope he stays at LSU and my post that he's gone is completly wrong and I look like a damn fool. I would rather everyone laugh at me because miles stayed and I said the skies falling. I think he goes home to coach before he retires. I hope I am far off base and his staying makes me look stupid. I'll take the slap down for him to stay.
see, that is the MAIN reason i cant say for sure he stays at LSU. I believe this is his last shot to go to UM. he either goes now or he is a tiger for as long as we wanna keep him
Dude, you're carrying so much anger. I know it's hard finishing 7th in the conference but it'll get easier with practice. Two teams, one's heading up; one's heading down - The Semi-A-Holes and the Gayturds. I think everyone knows which one is which.
Most blind fans of all time. Michigan is a few years away from competing for a title? If Auburn wins the title this year..... Going back to 2000, there is only one coach that won a national title that had been at that current school more than 4 years (Brown at UT in 2005) When a great coach hooks up with a great program, it can be back on top in 2 years. Look at what Urban did with Florida and the Zook debacle. Saban with the Alabama situation. Elite programs are an easy fix. Michigan, Texas, ND, Alabama, USC, Nebraska.... Those programs are one great hire away from National Titles because of their programs history. Easy path to the top when youve been there before.
Florida won a national title (a legit one) in 2006 and lost 4 games in 2007. LSU fans said the same thing they say now. LSU is headed up and UF is done. Whats happened since then? UF has played in 2 of 3 SEC title games and won another National Title. LSU has managed to finish an impressive 2nd in their division every single year.
:geaux: I'm just wondering why the AD up at Michigan hasn't contacted you yet for the job. :rolleye33: You're obviously a rocket scientist in your own mind who knows all the ins & outs of college football from coaching to history, etc. Go check your phone. Brandon may be calling you now. If not, please call him. :LSU231:
Yes, they experimented with gimmicky offense and want to go back to their traditional system. Remember the whole coaching search they have going on? Try to pay attention mmmkay.
