No but he also shouldn't be apologizing to prick saban for something someone else did if he doesn't have the balls to apologize for what he did.

So everything is pretty much normal for Verne. One day I see him and slobbering Lou in the same nursing home

I didn't care for the chant, or how it makes LSU look on national tv. Paints a picture of immaturity and lack of consideration.

I was a stupid college kid at one time, also. However, on national TV it certainly wasn't a good look for LSU.

I still don't really get the Saban hate, to be honest. Guy won us a national championship and upgraded our facilities so we are now what we've always wanted to be, an elite program. Miles has kept it going, but Saban started it. He didn't leave us for Bama. His dream was to coach in the NFL. When that didn't work out, he came back and took the best job available, one of the best jobs in the country. Any of us would have done the same if our profession was a football coach. The LSU job wasn't available. If you stuck him on a lie detector machine he would probably admit he wishes he had never left LSU.

Yeah, he can be kind of a jerk. We didn't seem to mind that in 2003...

Hypothetically speaking, I wonder if Miles would do the same thing, what kind of chant he would receive? If he went to Michigan, and it didn't work out, and he came back to the SEC and coached Rkansas, or Moo U, would he receive the same treatment?

Yea well there wouldn't be as much to be mad at because the new coach would be sending whichever team he coached home with their asses in a sling. lol!
