ESPN as well. We all know, if they say it, book it, right? Lol, getting caca wound up is a full-time effort anymore. Well played, sir!
llooks like ed hiring joe brady as the new oc is going to be a good move cause as soon as alleva is out the door all chips get pushed to the center of the table win big would be my advice
Here are a couple of texts that I've received (not from anyone prominent, but folks who follow closely): "Joe Aleva gone at LSU; Aggie AD Scott Woodward favorite to get the job." I replied that it would be very odd for Woodward to leave aTm once you've hired a high profile football and b-ball coach and have the largest athletic budget in the country. His reply (again, take it with a grain of salt at this point): "Woodward is from BR a Catholic High alumn and LSU alumn. Natural fit." "Lots of family in BR. Bought a BR Country Club membership recently" "Woodward Aggie salary is $900K. Buyout is only $40K" Who knows.
I've seen the same kind of talk, but damn man, that would be like too much ice cream to digest in just 1 week. Not the natural order of LSU athletics over the last decade, but maybe just the right thing to happen, all things considered. I mean, just to pull the carpet from the aggies alone is enough to claim an orgy.
Billy Liucci (TexAgs.com) Twitter: I've been told by multiple sources that a memorandum of understanding has already been signed and that Scott Woodward will be the next Althetic Director at LSU." Update: There are several reports on Twitter discussing this hiring and the talking heads are beginning to report this as well.
The way I hear it is every time LSU fires a dumb ass an angel gets its wings. Heaven must be looking like O’hare on a Sunday night about now.
