O has essentially admitted that retention is an issue that he understands needs to be fixed. He went from a pretty good team to the best team of all time in one year and was not ready to handle the aftermath, which is, quite frankly, understandable in my less important opinion. Way too many coaches are too worried about not being wrong and would not admit their shortfalls. That’s one thing I love about O. His ego is not too big to prevent him from getting things right.
