Maybe my favorite thing about the NBA is that it is the only big American sport with international players from every corner of the globe. The effects of the '92 Dream Team are peaking at this very moment. There are so many good international players that I'm already second guessing some of my picks below (based on at this stage of their careers, somewhat paid attention to positions but not completely):

1st team: Tony Parker, Batum, Dirk, Ibaka, M. Gasol
2nd team: Rubio, Dragic, Ginobli, P. Gasol, Noah
3rd team: S. Nash, Thefalosha, Deng, A. Horford, Asik

Guys that could make an argument for one of the above: Scola, Bogut, Nene, Bargnani, Calderon, Kirilenko, JJ Barea, Aminu, Vucevic, Gallinari, Ben Gordon, Udrich, Splitter, Dalembert, Varejao...the list goes on and on.

Could Tim Duncan be on that list? He's from U.S. Virgin Islands.

Yeah, there are a few other guys that can be argued to be included or not (dual citizenship guys or some born in other countries to American parents). Since it was the US Virgin Islands and he went to Wake Forest, I left him out.

Even without him, I think an all-International team would win it all. Not sure that I ever believed that until putting the list together (along with Tony Parker proving how good he really is last night).
