    I heard Alexander has a bad ankle and Francois has a bad groin. Did either one of them play in the second half? What else do we know? :helmet:

    Not true on MSU's last goal line push Alexander did reenter the game!

    Francois stayed out and the word is a pulled groin which the bye week will help ALOT with his recovery!

    No, neither played in the second half. Nevis , Favorite and Woods are the only Tackles that I saw.

    Thanks for the correction. I just saw an article on ESPN that said he did return for a brief moment.

    Doucet missed six weeks on a groin injury. Let's hope it's not that serious with RJF. He's a beast we can't afford to lose.

    If it's a pulled groin, then that is horrible news. We're probably looking at 6 weeks minimum.

    If it's a strain, then it's evaluated on a week by week basis. Still a nagging injury. Not as critical to a D-lineman as it would be to a receiver. So that's in our favor.

    The difference between a "pull" and a "strain" is really not a medical distinction, but a subjective one. They are both soft tissue injuries that are self-resolving, and the time that takes varies from person to person. I agree totally that a sprinting WR would be expected to be out much longer than a d-lineman. I would be surprised if RJF were out 6 weeks with groin pull or stain. Probably 1-3 weeks max., IMHO, if this is the injury.

    RJF = Hip Flexor
    Alexander = Knee

    Miles said both should be ready for UF.
