    Guys, if Hurst doesn't play on Saturday, LSU is going to get absolutely bludgeoned by SC. Clowney will put Mett in the hospital.

    I'm being told from a very reliable source that as of right now it's true. Alex Hurst has quit the team.

    Yeah, I originally put it in my post but then I removed it.

    I'm being told that Alex Hurst suffers from depression.

    Depression is a very serious illness and Hurst shouldn't be mocked or criticized because of it....that's why I originally removed the post.

    We are all adults here and I trust that no one will do that. If anyone does, their post will be moderated.

    No I completely agree......it is a serious illness, I wish the young man nothing but the best hope he is able to overcome this.

    NO ONE should ever mock a kid for having to deal with that...if they do they are absaloutley useless in my eyes.

    Best of luck to Alex, hope he is able to get back on track, and put his depression behind him. Hopefully his depression has nothing to do with asshole fans giving him a hard time.
