I completely disagree with a player confronting a coach, even Les Miles. Doing so only reflects badly upon the player. I don't salute such activities. It's just shocking to consider the level of pent up frustration that it would take to temporarily lose your mind and actually confront Miles.
So do you applaud him or are you condemning him if he confronted Miles? You are contradicting yourself. And our offensive line issues continue their downward spiral...
It sounds a lot like the linebacker (Damian James, I think?) who quit midseason in '02 because of "personal issues."
From today's Dandy Don (quoting Miles from last night's radio show): Back to the phone line, Kevin asked whether Alex Hurst has left the team. Miles answered that he would expect Hurst back for this weekend’s game, but that he was not sure if we would see him on the left or right. He added that Hurst is very capable at the left side but more comfortable at the right. In interviews earlier this week, Miles said that Hurst would probably not play this weekend because of minor injuries and personal issues.
On Dandy Don they miles is reporting that he expects hurst back for this game, saturday will be the tale tale sign, if there is no hurst i doubt he will be around for the rest of the season. hope he steps up for his teamates even if he and miles is not seeing eye to eye.
