I'm guessing he wants a ring. Winning the SB has a lot of benefits. He is a good pass rusher, better than what we have had at that position but his strong point is run defense. We NEED run defense. Now we can focus on OLB & DT in the early rounds of the draft. Can you imagine if we develop a really solid defense to go along with the #1 offense? 2DAT!
Wow. 2 years for a scant 5.5 million dollars (2.75 million per). Compare that to the signings of Kampman (4 years, 26 million, 6.5 million per) coming of an ACL injury and Kyle Vanden Bosch (4 years, 26 million, 6.5 million per) (oft injured). Mickey Loomis is the best GM in all of football right now. There isn't anyone close right now.
