Bregman having an Albert Pujols type season (his St. Louis years). 100 Runs, 30 HRs, 100 RBIs, .300 average, 30 doubles, more walks than strikeouts Pujols nearly pulled off the feat for 9 straight seasons except one year he scored only 99 runs. His 11 years with St.Louis is the most prolific run by a hitter in terms of consistency in baseball history.
He's tied for the major League lead with 76 extra base hits. Very oddly he's only got 1 triple on the entire year.
Martinez isn't even the favorite. It's Betts and Trout. But I think Betts and Martinez will certainly split votes, allowing either Trout, Bregman or Ramirez from Cleveland to sneak ahead and get it.
