Ticket Marketplace sometimes has tickets, but not usually for the big games like CSF. You just have to keep checking regularly to see when people put them up. I usually put mine up a couple of days before hand if I know I can't make it. For CSF, I will be making all 3.
I can almost promise you that you can get tickets out side the gate. I went to the opening game and they had a guy with a evolope (legal size) full of them.
Men are just suckers. I went to a week night game a couple of years ago without a ticket. I planned to go buy one. When I asked a man where the box office was, he gave me one of his front-row, behind home plate, grandstand tickets. He was good company during the game, too!
LOL... But it happens to all of us. Went to a basketball game to pick up tickets and a guy gave me his lower section tickets. No sexual favors needed.
