I haven't really thought about it, but it does seem like the ball flies out of his hands, especially when he's getting tackled out of bounds. No way. It's been obvious that Bush doesn't fit a one-back system, much less a one-cut Denver-style running game. And since the Texans have zero backs, so he would be even less effective than he is in New Orleans. One of these days, the Texans are going to get a RB that runs a sub-6.0 40.
the only bad choice the Texans made in that draft imo is not taking Vince Young. I don't care what his stats are... the dude just wins.
Except for the last month, when teams made him play quarterback. He's slowly getting back to a .500 percentage, which is overstating his winning just a bit, since defense, special teams, and the RBs have done the heavy lifting since last year. Since Radio got the credit for them winning, he has to get even more credit for them losing -- and losing badly.
considering the Titans easily had the worst offseason in football, hands down, I'd think 6-5 at this point is golden for VY.
I dont think he can bring the Titan's defense with him. Hanysworth would put his foot down on the idea of being on the Texans.
Bush makes some of the best looking 1 or 2 yard runs and 3 or 4 yard pass receptions I've ever seen.
Despite the fact that they are always used, I have to say that averages are one of the worst measures for learning anything important or directional.
I've always said you can make numbers tell you whatever you want them to. But watching the Saints, I didn't need to see the numbers to know they ain't getting Reggie the ball in space like they did last year, and his yardage is suffeering because of it.
