LSU was a team ranked in the pre season top 5. Everyone understands how talented we are. We are the best team Bama will face all year.

    LSU 34
    Bama 17

Etling 206 yards passing 1 TD
    Fournette 143 yards 3 TD

Sorry, gonna be 6 in a row for Rammer Jammer.

Just don't see us being strong enough overall to pull it off. LSU doesn't currently have enough SEC Championship caliber OL/DL's.

Will take a mistake free game, Bama turnovers and everything falling our way to pull it off.

If the team can feed off the emotional energy of the crowd and play lights out without "Dumb" mistakes, it can possibly be done.

But what I want to happen and what will happen are two different things..............

This is the first time I have ever seen so many LSU fans picking Alabama to win this game. Look at what Les did to everyone including myself.

Y'all are going to be happy following the game. Aranda is legit and our passing game is good enough to give Fournette some wiggle room - he doesn't need much.

I'm still not sure yet. I do believe our offensive approach this time around will give us a much better chance of winning. We'll spread them out, mix it up and move the ball. I'm just not sure we'll be able to protect Etling well enough to win. Or stop their running game well enough. We've been whipped in the trenches the last 5 times we've played them.

And let's be honest, Bama looks awesome. We've looked really good, in spurts, the last 3 games.

But again, I'm not sure we're stout enough in the trenches to win this one.

    28-24 Bama
I think we turn the ball over twice and it hurts us
Fournette 18 carries for 102 yards and a 1 TD
Ettling 18 of 30 for 205 yards and 1 TD

I hope I'm wrong. Maybe Aranda has something for their zone read and we can put Bama in 3rd and long. And Maybe we throw a few quick passes that go for big gains and get some momentum. Maybe we can win enough battles up front to keep ourselves out of 3rd and long.

And penalties, mistakes, turnovers and field position. All of these will be amplified Saturday night.

    Geaux Tigers!

All I hope to is that LF7 is mad as hell and looking for redemption from last year. That game put his star status in the crapper and boosted a Bama player for what was rightfully his. I know the H is just a popularity contest but if anyone deserves it, it's LF7. Guy is a true Tiger and only wants to win, hope he has a big game!!!

Aranda will need to throw some confusing stunts at Hurt and keep him in check.

I know it's a prediction thread but I'm superstitious when it comes to the Tigers!

That leans heavily in the Tide's favor.

    28-23 LSU

Difference is Bama stalls in the RZ and misses a couple of field goals. Tigers capitalize on fewer opportunities.

    Etling: 190 passing
    Fournette: 145 rushing
    Hurts: 175 passing, 105 rushing

Bama still goes to the CFP and beats Michigan by 45.

Or, perhaps, every one understands how talented the recruiting classes were?

I'm thinking Saturday everyone will clearly understand that, and how badly Miles was wasting his talent.
