Considering that's the same offense that the bama D sees day-in and day-out, yeah, I'd say it's pretty serious cause for concern.
I think Nick Saban is a great coach and have I alot of respect for your program, however Bama fans and the hype is what gets to me. I will agree, you are not like most Bama fans I have encountered. Anyway, I will be sure and check out "Gamechanger" as soon as hell freezes over....no offense.
My new best friend in the land of Purple. Optimism is the one thing we all hold in common. I don't know who counts NC chickens before they hatch, but I'll wait it out. A good year is one to many losses, but injuries or those dreaded Refs, or a thousand other things that can't seem to stay out of it. A great year means we play our best in big games, beat our bitter rivals, put ourselves in Atlanta. The perfect Storm, see last year.
the crystal ball was fuzzy the last 2 years. officiating help in 09 and 4 picks in 08 were beyond my nostradamus skills. but it's cool, as much as i hate saban, the dude is a proven defensive mastermind, and surrounds himself with great coaches. If LSU doesn't win the SEC, Alabama will.
And you got BR this time around. Tough place to be, even in the afternoon. I understand for extra motivation this year, we're breaking with tradition. I hope we can get LSU to wear those gold helmets again.
Bama wins the NC, ESPN insist on taking things to the point of nausea. If not for extreme addiction symptoms, followed closely by depression and feelings of betrayal, I'd turn it off all together. But the season is finally upon us, not the time to be making idle threats. The premiere is 27 de Agosto, Just in case we get an early frost.
Not surprising is the blip on the radar handling of this news by the media. If this was some other big program the 13 TD's scored in a srimmage would start to raise all sorts of red flags as to the potential of their upcoming season. I guess defending National Champs get a media pass when one phase of their team has some obvious deficiences. Deficiences that are highly uncharacteristic of the almighty Nick Saban. I'm sure the defensive genious in him will pull it all together over the next couple of weeks. Truly no need for concern by the Gump fan base.
No, not really, and we got to get you to settle down too. We try to address situations such as these as opportunities to learn. It was a controlled scrimmage, at the end of two-a-days, often with the offense starting 5 yards from the red zone. Not that much to get worked up over. However, I'm noticing that ESPN is lapping Bama up right now with both hands. This means we are the poster child for " let's get ready for some college football." On the other hand, they have chosen LSU and Miles, "More or Les" as one of the many cautionary human interest storylines for the upcoming season. Not to worry, as soon as the season begins and reality with it, ESPN will assume the proper position and continue to be the propaganda machine that we all can't get enough of. More or Les.:yelwink2:
