I know it's just a scrimmage, but McElroy threw for 360 yards and 6 TDs against Bama's first string D? He's either going to be really good, or the defense is in some trouble. His backup threw for another 241 yards. I'm not saying that it can't be fixed, but that's an ungodly amount even for scrimmage, no? If LSU can get the passing game going this year, and if this Bama defense is trending this way, it would make it a whole lot easier to run the ball on them.
Man, Bama's defense gave up 600 yards and 8 touchdowns to Bama's offense? I know that one shouldn't read into a scrimmage game too much, but that seems high. I'd be kinda concerned if I were a lowly p.o.s. dumb redneck sister effing piece of trash bama fan.... Just sayin'...
They gave up a total of 13 TD's, wow just wow. Was there even a D on the field, I mean you would think that if 11 guys were to only just get in the way of an offensive player that number would have been lower.
LB I read a post elsewhere that they lost a LB during the scrimmage. Anyone hear that and if so who went down? Heard they also moved corey grant to DB. His stay at RB was pretty short. Looks like they have holes to fill.
All that from Practice, we're talking about Practice, not a game, Practice. Sorry, comments so concerning, I'm now channeling AI. It's obvious Bama is having to piecemeal the defense this year with 4 and many 5 star recruits who just can't find their way. By the time we meet up with "the playmaker" uh, you do have one of those? It could all be over but the lamenting. Educating the humble is by far more rewarding in the long run. I understand G-Mac and AJ had time to check down to their next of kin. Nary a lineman to be seen, much less the best Line Backing core in the nation. Being the realist I'm, the D-backs still must travel the farthest this season. But the optimist in me says, it ain't that far.
