    anyway im so ready for these ducks as i work in the gaming industry and some of these duck fans have really -issed me off with snide comments and spilling beer on the blackjack table just because ive got an lsu pin on my uniform! gonna enjoy the --- whipping we put on them!!!

    I only think there will be suspensions if charges follow for some of the players.

    no im not a glass empty guy but you know what -uck my post ok! i really am having a few beers and i really dont think miles will do squat! why? its too much money for baton rouge and the businesses surrounding the lsu campus, and lsu football PUTS DOLLARS IN THESE SMALL BUSINESSES!! SO GEAUX TIGAHHS LETS KICK SOME -SSS YEE HAWWWWW!!!

    Right, misdemeanor charges will more than likely carry suspensions, how long no one but Miles knows that, but if and that's a huge if, felony charges are filed those players will be gone completely.

    There could be benchings. Players could find themselves on the scout squad and have to earn their way back to the first string. Priveliges could be taken away. There are lots of internal punishments. Ineligible to be team captain, ineligible for post-season team awards, etc.

    It all depends on how strong a message Les feels that he needs to send. Not just to his players but to the rest of the world. He does not need a Thug U reputation to develop. He does not need a Tressel reputation for coddling misbehavior. He has a record as a disciplinarian and I don't think he'll change.

    what you thinking Red

    just listening to Fisher who is going to handle the defense for the 4 players named

    sounds like one person had serious injuries and sounds like JJ kicking the guy on the ground might have merit

    It is easy to see JJ missing some games and the other 3 named players getting a harder hit than the 46 others.

    I have faith in Les doing what needs to be done

    I have faith in JL and Mett

    JJ is on hold until more than rumor and smoke comes out with a fact based discloser of what happened.



    I have moved from not seeing JJ doing anything to hearing that JJ did kick a guy on the ground and that guy is the one that a 2nd degree assault charge could come out of. man
