Before the season started, I heard a few opinions that the NFC had many more good teams than the AFC (with the Pats and Ravens expected to drop off from last year).

I just looked at the standings and (after tonight's game), the AFC will be 28-20 with the NFC at 20-28. Do you expect this trend to even out during the season or is the AFC now much stronger than the NFC?

If anyone has the actual record for games directly between AFC/NFC, I'd be curious to see how that looks also.

I still say the NFC is better. They have way more Super Bowl contenders. A lot of teams in the AFC are overachieving right now, like the Dolphins, Chiefs, Jets, and Titans.
Meanwhile, some of the best in the NFC are underachieving like the Falcons, 49ers, Packers, Cowboys and Redskins. I expect them all to bounce back and for the AFC overachievers to fall back to reality soon.

Outside of the Broncos, and Patriots, I don't see any other legit contenders in the AFC. In the NFC, I see the Saints, Falcons, NFC East winner, Seahawks and 49ers.
