I won't lie, and this is coming from a guy who predicted LSU losses against Va Tech and Arkansas, so I am not DandyDon and I actually pick against LSU when I think they will lose, but being totally honest, if LSU does their thing in this game, it won't even be close.

Ohio State, in my opinion doesn't have nearly the athletes it takes to be able to compete with LSU, and having not played a game in nearly 2 months when the game comes, the speed gap will be too much to overcome for them.

Add that with LSU being fully healthy, I think this could be a 28+ point LSU win. I really do.

there are so much more things to add to that, too, like Miles' record in bowls at LSU with 2, straight blow-outs, the fact it will be a home-game for LSU, etc...

LSU will only lose, imo, if it loses to themselves, which they have shown this season they are full and capable of doing.

When Archie was a sr at OM, they were about to play Tenn.. An All-American linebacker from Tenn. (Kines?) was being interviewed about a week prior to the game. A reporter made a comment about OM having some "hosses" in Oxford. The LB said, "I heard it was more like mules." Lots of people thought this really fired up OM since OM "killed" them. Not true.

One of the OM coaches had gone the previous weekend to scout Tenn.. He noticed the LB would "cheat" up, back, left, or right according to the way he was going to be going. Archie simply took his reads off the way the LB lined up, then checked off to a play going away from him. He was out of position all day. I think the final was OM 40 Tenn 0.

I posted that to say this....an alert coach can sometimes swing things to favor his team and alter any game plan the opponent had.

Both teams were like in the top five at the time.

No doubt, but you look at a series of games in which LSU just let the other team stay in the game:

    1) vs Bama, up 17-3 Tyson Jackson decides to be stupid and give you guys a 2nd life and all of a sudden we got us a ballgame
    2) vs Kentucky, we drop a sure TD in the back of the endzone seemingly putting the game out of reach 31-14, but the pass is dropped
    3) vs Arkansas, we're on their side of the field the entire first half and can only put up 6 points as Flynn can't seem to hit the wide side of a barn
    4) vs Tennessee, we're in the redzone all first half and only come away with 6 points as our play calling is way too conservative to be successful

Believe me, the opponents have little or nothing to do with the outcome of the game. LSU is it's own worst enemy.
