So Democrats found the anti-Ocasio candidate who will be their "new face". He's got Cruz acting desperate so that means he's got a shot. I'm guessing he'll be LaSalle's candidate.....dude has a mugshot, played bass for a couple bands, had a DWI, favors decriminalizing pot, and wants a no-cash bail policy for the courts.

Dude is Irish and his real name is not beto. However to get the Mexicans happy he uses the nickname beto

 

I thought I read he's had the nickname since he was a toddler. But I don't think he's fooling anyone with a last name that starts with "O'". It's not like his name is O'Rodriguez.
