Accountable Capitalism....the new America

"The real tragedy of the poor is the poverty of their aspirations." The larger the government, the lesser the individual aspiration.

 

Profit is indispensable. Large profits signal high demand, which is then met by producers who bring the supply to meet it. Then, except for when government is determined to interfere, profits fall.

Just let prices freaking work for heaven's sake.

 

Capitalism is accountable because it can fail if it doesn’t satisfy customers needs. That is the highest form of accountability.
States are not nearly as accountable as they have institutions that serve whether the satisfy people’s needs or not.....the bureaucracy. Bureaucracies tend to feed themselves first and grow at the expense of the citizens.
Cronyism is a perversion of capitalism as much a Trumpism is a perversion of conservatism. Both are destructive to the institutions the purport to champion.

She’s the gift that keeps on giving. She, Bernie and their ilk will be poison to most of the middle class, white, black, brown or yellow. The large majority of voters still work for a living and understand nothing is free. If the democrats roll with the socialists they have no hope of capturing the White House.

 

Did you know that Americans are dying from global warming? It's true. Alexandria says so.

We are all still waiting for any proof that Americans are dying because of global warming. Hey, if she approves more money to Planned Parenthood, we'll have less kids dying before they get here who won't have to worry about global warming.
