I could live with O but we, or the administration needs to hear and understand his plans to make this a program. As many I have said as I agree Les had no real understanding of how to build and maintain a program. We need that.

As to Ensminger, a high school friend of his I know told me Saturday that Steve doesn't want to be coordinator. He's doing this for this season only. He wants to be a TE coach again.

That's what I'm told. He's 57 or 58 and apparently doesn't want or need the money/aggravation.
Either that or he understands his limitations.
