The law is the law. The law came about because women were dying from illegal back alley abortions. Banning abortions never stopped abortion and banning it again won't stop it either. It will just force it out of proper medical clinics with physicians and back into the illegal practitioners, most of whom have no medical training at all.
A non-answer. Again, how is a human individual, which a embryo clearly is at conception, not a person? Are you afraid that an honest answer will be too extreme. tirk and martin are the only dudes who honestly represent the pro-choice position.
Right, 2004, Congress protected unborn children who had already been declared people by their mothers. 31 years after Roe v Wade. See, the way its supposed to work is that Congress writes the law, then the court decides if its valid. The court isn't supposed to write the law, but that's what it did in RvW. edit: but I see your point...you were quoting 2004, not Roe v Wade.
Right to inherit for one....as long as they are born alive that is. Pretty sure wrongful death starts from conception…got to check on that one. Maybe not...not sure.
Why do we need abortion clinics when the abortion pill can be obtained without a script at a pharmacy anywhere in the country?
