I just don't see it. I mean maybe basketball is more likely than baseball or football but maybe not. NBA players are so ridiculously athletic that I just don't see where a woman could fit in. It's not like football where you could be a kicker, or golf, where you can manage around your weaknesses. This is a crazy statement.
maybe, just maybe a bad ass scoring guard could play with the men, but the big girls, no way. Can you imagine Sylvia Fowles in the NBA, greg oden getting a chubby when she is posting him up. Just bad news all around. I could see a shooting guard playing in the NBA maybe 5 minutes a game, to do the Craig Hodges, but thats about it.
the article never mentioned the fact that they cant jump. i seriously dont think a guard could get off a normal shot. also how much worse would thier FT and FG% be without the kiddie sized ball?
absolutely ludicrous. a woman cant even play major college basketball. david stern knows this, he just is being an idiot. there are more dunks in every NBA game than there is in the history of the WNBA (seriously).
