I have no idea what Oregon's policy is but apparently it would harm people wbo have to burn a lot of fuel in pursuit of earning a living. Are you for it or against it?

It tastes just like chicken except it stinks, its dry and it tastes100 times worse than chicken. Other than that they are identical.
others say it's really good, probably depends a lot on the cook,.. I went to Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood,.. it's where they filmed scenes in "the shining",.. an excellent restaurant there,.. I couldn't really decide, but ordered steak, regret not trying the duck.
