Last year Hurricane Matthew, with enough strength to blow a few leaves off a tree, threatened the Florida coast forcing UF to cancel its game with LSU. They couldn't tie up first responders and other critical resources for a football game. The athletes needed to be home with their families. Suggesting moving the game time or moving to another venue was insensitive to the suffering of those in the storms path.
