um no. we didn't move the ball at all last year, and punted out of our own territory on a regular basis. we moved the ball tonight. a short field = few yards. defense and special teams forced a short field offense turned short field into points this is what wins ball games. we won the game.
It is good enough to get you 8-10 wins and bunch of delusional fans happy for another week. They think magically the offense is just going to improve.
Playcalling is what's holding LSU back...but then again...why is it that LSU is being "held back" winning SEC games by an average of 23 points? The point is, some people only look at the negative, exaggerate the hell out of it, and just can't be happy about the rest of the components of this damn strong team.
