I heard on another board that Miles told his team " Don't show up for work on monday if you dont want to get any better than this." Any truth to this?
Maybe. Unfortunately change starts at the top. He is pretty damn stubborn. I don't see him changing much.
Im just baffled. I would say to day we won off talent alone. i.e perterson, jj, lafell and jones. Today, more than other games, our D was in the backfield but JEZZ, so many missed tackles. At times i wanna think its coaching and at times I wanna say its the players...
I only asked b/c i thought maybe it was on local tv or radio. I am stationed out in Nevada. so yea...
I don't hate Miles I just don't think he maximizes our talent or uses our talent to the best of it's ability. Why would I cheer for LSU to lose? Just because I'm realistic enough to see that this team hasn't come close to fulfilling it's potential and that beating 4 crappy cupcakes doesn't mean jack S doesn't mean I want them to lose. I'm sad and angry that a team with so much potential is being squandered by an average coach and it's obvious we are going to be prison raped by the big boys of the SEC in the coming weeks.
