Calvin Wilson from Hattiesburg High School Ms. has cancelled his visit to Florida and may add LSU to his top 5. He was a near lock for Florida before this happened. He is a OL, 6'5, 336 lbs. BTW, Hattiesburg uni's is an exact replica of LSU. They are the Tigers and their band uses the same songs that ours does, just not as well. :helmet: www.magnoliapreps.com
I'd be willing to bet that the second thing most of us thought after hearing that Zook was fired, the first being we all wondered who was going to replace him, was if this would have a big adverse effect on UF's recruiting and of course help us. Hopefully it will.
It depends on who is going to be the coach at Florida. If it ends up being Spurrier, he will have the pick of the litter.
There's a LB from Reno NV that had Florida as his top school...Rivals has him as the number 2 LB in the nation..Maybe he will swing our way?
I think he was an Oklahoma lean in the beginning and still is, but we can probably jump into his top two with the Zook firing and if he has a good visit to BR this weeked (saw on DD that he would be there for the Vandy game).
