True but the problem with that logic is that there's only one coach who hasn't lost 1-2 games against lesser competition while coaching the entire season this year and he's not coming here.

For the record, I'm for Oeaux staying here, but the more important hire then becomes the offensive coordinator. We would then need to hit that out of the park.
