    Part of their rating system is based on which colleges offer, so this isn't that suprising. The same thing could happen if a recruit was commited to La Tech but suddently got an offer from LSU.

    I think it is a bit suspicious too, but the author of the article yanked his own legs out from underneath himself by admitting the recruit probably deserved 3 stars.
