Yes, I am 12 and just learned a new word.

I felt an obligation to use it.

I will work on growing up. I am new at adult language.

    I agree.

We just aren't seeing the production from our skill players on O.

Mett is really delivering the ball well....

How do you feel about ODB and Shep? I like them if they have the ability to beat guys deep (Like RR#2) but I haven’t seen that yet. Kind of hoping that would be where ODB or Landry stepped up this year. ODB is extremely explosive and will draw the opposing teams #1 defender as well as help over the top every time, so I can understand why he hasn’t been targeted as much. Shep, needs to go ahead and focus on ST and pack it up as WR, he never developed into anything close to what he was supposed to be and IMO has no business being out there taking up space on our 11 man offense.
I like Boone & Wright on the field over Shep, they are bigger, more physical, better blockers down field, have better hands, and seem to been better route runners (at least seem to get open more often anyway)……………….. and should have extensive knowledge of our playbook and offensive scheme by now after multiple seasons on the sidelines.

They both are not catching the balls they should.

The same way I feel about Beckham, Landry, and Shepard. We have five receivers who should get into the mix in every game. Keep 'em fresh, mix their different styles and complicate the defense's day. We also need a receiving tight end to step up.

    My version of the 'truth'....
    • Our Offensive Line is not doing a good job with pass protection. Clearly we need improvement before our schedule gets tougher.
    • Our receivers need to catch balls that hit them in the hands.
    • Mett needs to calm down in the red zone.

Completely agree, the dropped passes and silly mistakes is getting out of hand....seems like we've always had butterfingered receivers to some degree. I saw somewhere Miles said last weeks problems would be fixed with authority this week.

I also think we do not have a true number 1 receiver, they are all good but just a bunch of 2's....we need a true 1 to emerge and I'm not sure he's on the roster....I hope I'm proven wrong.

I agree with your assessment of the number 1 receiver. We don't have one, yet.

True, but we need to design plays for them first, then call said plays during the game. We haven't seen many plays for the TE since Dickson. Every now and then, they'd throw D-Pete a bone, but not enough to matter.
