THIS is what I've been waiting for. LSU played with HEART! Not perfect, but with HEART! All the naysayers need to take a better look NOW! We have a GREAT football team. We overcame several times during this game and won it. There was only one way to win with very little time to do it. And,,,,,We did it. What a great WIN!!! I can't wait till next Saturday. Gotta tell you, I was pretty disgusted when they made it 7-6. But the guys showed some major resiliency today. For the offense to shake off 3 1/2 dreadful quarters to put up 14 points in the last 4:00 was the stuff of champions. I'll admit though, I'm worried about next week. I don't think there's a defense that can stop UF, though I think ours can slow them down. The question will be, can our offense put together a complete game?

I pretty much agree but we are going to have to play a lot better, 60 minutes of football to have a chance against Florida. I'm not quite full of kool aid like some of you. I'm very happy that we haven't turned the ball over a lot and our defense is better than last year. The luck of the river boat gambler seems to be back this year. I'm amazed we pulled this one out!

Could not agree more, well said. Some people will still find things to be unhappy about, and I will agtee that we can improve. But this team has heart and played hard. More importantly....they are getting a little better each week. We CAN beat UF.
The wine is already flowing on this side. We're into the 6th bottle of a very good vintage of french Cabernet. I think I wouldn't wanna be Florida in Baton Rouge next week.
