He won't do it because he's not going to waste money on a race he couldn't possibly win. He slipped up and said it last night. It's all about leverage. The RNC once again is misplaying their hand. Just let him fizzle out. There's no need to push him off the boat, he'll fall off on his own soon enough but if you try to push him, he could be dangerous.
