Way to go Stevan Ridley!!! beating out a bunch of great running backs this season to end up first team.

Congrats to all, nice of the coaches to nominate Nick Bell as the honorary captain.

 

Interesting that only 1 of the players is actually from Louisiana.

I think Matheux will be on there in a year or two. He is a play maker and impresses me every time I see him play.

 

P.S. Also surprised that Reuben Randle didn't make the cut. He is a great WR. I think if the Tigers do upgrade the QB position with MZ, then several of the wrs will get lots of chances to show their skill.

 

Yeah but you got AJ Green, Julio Jones, Alshon Jeffery, Greg Childs just to name 4 that I would definitely rank ahead of Randle for this season.

 

This is exactly what I thought. How Jasper is not on the 1st team is beyond me.

 

I agree with you but attribute that to weakness at the QB position rather than RR's skills.

 

Hopefully that will change next year.

 

Jasper got screwed, and I also don't understand how he wasn't a finalist for the lou groza award. He was tied with the most field goals this year.
