Its still early but we all deal with things at different paces. Where are you now Tigerfans in your grief?

    1. Shock and denial
    2. Pain
    3. Anger
    4. Depression
    5. The upward turn
    6. Reconstruction and working through
    7. Acceptance and hope

I think by the Spring Game we should all be on the upward turn or therapy may be needed.

    You and me both!!

Definitely still at 3, co-workers and friends asking "what happend to your Tigers?". Still won't watch, listen to, or read anything about the game from national media, etc. My only media usage since the game are this website and Dandy Don.

I've gone through various stages of 1-4 since about 9:45 Monday night...mixed in with a heavy dose of embarassment.

I had started to reach portions of 5-7 yesterday evening, until I walked in my daughter's gymnastics class and there were two new parents adorned in Bama gear. I mustered up a "congratulations" but I realized I was still in a bad place when I followed that up with "I hope you bleach that f**kin shirt." They guy looked puzzled at first, then smiled and said it's okay and that he really felt bad for us as fans because that was not the LSU team he expected to face. Basically said we didn't even look like we belonged on the field. He was right. Back to depression I went.

I am at 4 now. I am over it.
I figured that will be around for a few more weeks as my golf buddies etc that I will see for the next few weeks are chomping at the bit to return some ribbing I have dished out during the 13-0 run.
Then I can move to 5

I'm still somewhere between 1&2 at embarrassed! I can take a loss to a great team no problem. But to show up lifeless, unmotivated, poorly prepared, no in game adjustments and a coach saying at the end, I feel bad I wish I could have done something to help them out there. Dude!! Thats your job! Who else was going to come in and help them? Such a great year even if you felt overmatched, as great of a motivator as Miles is said to be he should of had them ready to make a final stand like in 300! It was sad to see our prideful, chest pounding, S*** talking can overcome anything team with their eyes down dragging their bottom lip and digging their tail from up their a**. The tide put out our fire, I just hope we get it back again soon and ready to rip heads off next year no backing down! Geaux Tigers!

For some reason I got through all 7 by the 4th quarter and amazingly had a pretty productive work day after driving home from N.O. at 6am.

I am just embarrassed by what occurred on the field Monday night. I find this just as embarrassing as the UAB loss but this one hurts more because of what was on the line. How can you have a season like we did and piss it away in most important game because of one horrible QB/offensive play calling? We did not even try to spark the team with JL or Mett, just gave up.
