Texas Texas Tech Georgia Missouri LSU Utah Kansas Something that Gameday mentioned today. As expected, they actually said 6 of the top 16 teams and omitted Jarrett Lee of LSU.
They stuck it to us every time I saw LSU mentioned. The only way to shut 'em up is to put a 45-3 ass whuppin on Darth.
Another thing I saw on Gameday that put us down was when they mentioned one-loss teams that were still in it: USC, OU, Mizzou, FLA, and UGA. I was at the gym and it was on mute so I don't really know what was said. I know they can't name every one-loss team but after the discussion about tonight's game against USCe it was just extra assurance how little faith they have in LSU. Chris Fowler came back with a double-not-so-fast regarding Lee and Kirk's picks for USCe, but he did that last week too...
We have questions that need to be answered before we can be considered "in it". Personally, I think we take the first step toward answering those questions tonight. But Nationally, we have to re-earn the respect Florida took from us 7 days ago.
Unfortunately, it will take wins over SC, GA and BAMA just to get into the conversation. The only way LSU gets considered for the NC game is to beat FL in a rematch in Atlanta.
