LSU travels to Oregon. I can't help but think the NIT figured this would be good match-up because of the football match-up last season. But that court Oregon plays on...hideous.
A chance to get some much-needed post-season experience for key guys going forward. Very happy to see this.
Particularly some of the FR, like Hickey. I love me some Hickey, but he needs to learn to be patient and not just take the first 3 available. He's got to learn about picking your moments at the right time - and, I know he will. This tourney will be good experience. Very happy to see it, too, and I think it is well deserved.
thrilled to see this.....would love to see these young Tigers make a little run in the NIT to build momentum for next year. I think the future of LSU basketball looks bright.....can't wait to see who we land in recruiting this spring too. GEAUX TIGERS!
As an Oregon Alumn and Duck fan, I wish I could disagree about our hideous court. It's not quite as bad in person as it is on TV, but still pretty bad.
When I first saw that court I thought it was in bad need of a revarnish. Looks like the middle had worn down with the dark varnish remaining on the sides. Then I found out they did it on purpose. Huh?
