    this has been a bad off season. It's been years since we needed an opening kick off this badly. Plus the heat and news are making me insane.

    Bama people like to brag any chance they get. That's why the have 647 national titles. I mean they made a statue of a dingleberry that hasn't even been there for 10 years. Although I'm starting to wonder if Nick is kind of like Saadam and the statue was his idea. Anyway, redemption comes this year.

    The season feels like it lasts 3 weeks. The offseason takes roughly 1.75 years....particularly this one.

    I can't wait for the first game, but this year definitely has a different feel. Last year's murderous schedule made the weeks leading up to the opener very exciting. The Oregon game had a mid season, almost championship feel. This year...not so much.

    Michigan vs LSU for all the marbles in Miami. That would be a trip I would have to make.

    Stranger things have happened. Michigan is my 2nd favorite college program behind LSU. Bama will lose at least one, maybe two games this season. Why can't one of those loses be against the wolverines in the Jerry Dome?

    I think Michigan can test the secondary of Bama. And Michigan's defense is improving.
