The nfl combine gives a real measure of elite 40 times. Only one LB ran a sub 4.6-40. Only 4 RB's ran under 4.5. Only 4 DB's ran under 4.5. This gives you an idea of how inflated high school recruits times are and how fast 4.5 is.
