I'm gonna go ahead and get out all of the typical statements that apply to our players when they get in trouble: What a bunch of thugs! saban has no control over his players! This is simply a sign of a bigger problem of the team lacking discipline!
When you bring in the crystals, most of the objections to this thuggish behavior in their fan base disappears, if it was there at all. What blows me away is the fact that the guy that got the crap beat out of him still says he's a huge Bammer fan. Really?
I'm not sure why you find this so hard to believe. He is a student at the university. Why wouldn't he still be a fan? He apparently knows that this was done by a few individuals who will never set foot on the Alabama sidelines again and is not condoned behavior. Now, if the school/Saban somehow did allow them to continue playing, that may be a different story. If this happened to you by a couple of jackholes who happened to play for LSU, would you no longer be a fan of the team?
